Fall protection training
Will you be working at height? We offer fall protection training
Did you know that employees who use fall protection equipment must have received documented training? This requirement is described in detail in the Regulations Concerning the Performance of Work, Section 10-1.
“When the employer, based on a risk assessment, finds that a piece of work equipment needs to be used with special care, only employees with documented safety training in accordance with Section 10-2 may be used for the work.”
Our courses are quality-assured in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 and provide an introduction to topics such as:
- Relevant regulations
- Risk assessments with particular focus on Safe Job Analyses
- Which types of fall protection and evacuation equipment is available
- General requirements and European standards for equipment
- Falls and vertical forces
- Inspecting equipment before use
- Use of personal fall protection equipment and techniques for evacuation and rescue
The course lasts one day and includes lunch in our excellent canteen. Once the course has been completed, the employer and all participants will receive course certificates and a practical laminated certificate as proof that they have completed documented training.
